Master project and task management to keep your team organized and productive.
Creating a Project
Projects help you organize related tasks and track progress toward specific goals.
Quick Steps:
- Click "+ New Project" in the sidebar
- Enter project details:
- Project Name
- Optional: Project Image
- Optional: Description
- Click "Create Project"
Creating & Managing Tasks
Tasks are the building blocks of your projects. Break down work into manageable pieces.
Create a Task:
- Open a project and click "+ New Task"
- Fill in task details:
- Title: Short, descriptive name
- Description: Add details, context, requirements
- Assignee: Who will work on this?
- Due Date: When should it be done?
- Priority: Low, Medium, High, Urgent
- Status: To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done
- Click "Create Task"
Task Statuses
- 📝 To Do: Not started
- 🔄 In Progress: Currently working
- 👀 In Review: Awaiting feedback
- ✅ Done: Completed
Priority Levels
- 🟢 Low: Can wait
- 🟡 Medium: Normal priority
- 🟠 High: Important
- 🔴 Urgent: Critical
Using Notifications
Stay updated with real-time notifications when important things happen.
You'll Get Notified When:
- ✓ Someone mentions you with @username
- ✓ A task is assigned to you
- ✓ Someone comments on your task
- ✓ A task status changes
- ✓ Project updates happen
Managing Notifications:
- Click the bell icon 🔔 in the top navigation
- View all your notifications
- Click any notification to view the related content
- Mark as read or clear all
💡 Tip: Configure notification preferences in User Settings to control which events trigger notifications.
Task Attachments
Add context to tasks by attaching relevant files and documents.
Attaching Files:
- Open a task
- Click the "Attach Files" button
- Select files from your computer
- Wait for upload to complete
- Files appear in the task details
⚠️ Note: Maximum file size is 10MB. Supported formats include images, PDFs, documents, and spreadsheets.
Comments & Mentions
Keep discussions contextual by commenting directly on tasks. Use @mentions to notify specific team members.
Adding Comments:

@followed by a name to see a list of workspace members. Select someone to mention them.Example: "@Sarah can you review this design?"
